What is the BCNPHA?

The BCNPHA is an organization that was created 25 years ago. It is the provincial umbrella organization for the non-profit housing sector comprised of nearly 600 members that include non-profit housing associations, businesses, individuals, partners and stakeholders. The mission of the BC Non-Profit Housing Association (BCNPHA) is to offer a safe, secure and affordable home for everyone. Together, non-profit housing societies manage more than 60,000 units of long-term, affordable housing in over 1,500 buildings across the province.

The BCNPHA hosts Regional Education, Networking & Tradeshows (RENT). As the provincial association for non-profit housings societies, the BCNPHA organizes regional sessions throughout British Columbia for non-profit housing societies and other sector stakeholders.
