Gary Pounder Promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing We're thrilled to announce the promotion of Gary Pounder to Vice President, Sales and Marketing, effective immediately. This strategic appointment marks a significant step in strengthening the synergy between the sales and marketing departments, enhancing organizational efficiency, and strengthening market positioning. Gary Pounder joined Stanpro last year as Vice-President, Market Strategy. With a robust track record of fostering trust and collaboration, Gary has consistently aligned his initiatives with the company's core values while pushing the boundaries of innovation and improvement. In his new role, Gary will lead an experienced team including Adam Silverman, Adrienne Cadloff, and Roxanne Gélinas, alongside the Market Channel Manager (MCM) team members Sharon Fahey, Dana Cairns, and Phil Pearcey. Adam Silverman will reclaim responsibilities over the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) market, continuing his oversight of nationwide sales with a renewed focus on integrating company strategies and marketing initiatives across all regions. Rob Nadler, President, expressed confidence in the structural enhancements this promotion will contribute to the business.
