The head office of the Louis Garneau facilities and at the boutique Vélo Espace Garneau was in need of a lighting overhaul. This well-known Canadian company, manufacturer of road racing, track cyclist, and cyclewear was looking to convert its lighting system to a more energy efficient structure that would require less maintenance work.
Stanpro proposed a substitution to help transition from a dated, conventional technology to a more modern LED formula for the offices of the Louis Garneau facilities situated in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, in the Québec region.
- Existing T12 luminaires comprised of magnetic ballasts were replaced with a T8 conversion system fitted with electronic ballasts and T8 LED lamps.
- Moreover, the fluorescent T5 lamps were discarded; in their place, new LED lamps were installed.
- LED-based equivalencies were substituted for all metal halide lamps, traditional halogen bulbs as well as incandescent lamps.
Louis Garneau Sports and his boutique Vélo Espace Garneau have opted for a revamped technology. Administrators hope to see a 163% return on their investment over the course of the next 5 years, and a little more than 2-year recovery time.
At Stanpro, we are committed to offering superior service. We pride ourselves on delivering on our promises.
